Buyer Terms

Payment and Delivery costs

Packing, shipping and insurance costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer can:

• Hire their own Packing and/or Shipping companies (the Art Work must be paid for in full).
• Or if desired TimePirate can engage an Art Packing Company here for the Buyer and oversee the Packing. The Art Packing Company here will bill the Buyer directly. A 35% non-refundable down payment to TimePirate is necessary to initiate the packing process. Before release and initiation of shipping the remainder of payment for the Art Work is due and proof of insurance and pre-paid shipping required.

Escrowed Payment is possible with Escrow costs paid by Buyer and an additional TimePirate Administrative fee of 3% of purchase price (to a maximum of no more than 200EUR).

Visiting and Viewing

If you would like to visit and see the work(s) in person you are welcome. There is no fee to view the Works.

• In this case, should you wish to hold the work against immediate sale, you can optionally pay a 5% non-refundable holding fee which will hold the work for one (1) week against sale. This holding fee will be applied to the purchase price if you do decide to buy it.
• If you choose not to pay a holding fee the work will continue to be available for immediate sale at any time.

Not all of each Artist's available work are listed at TimePirate, other works may be available. Many of the Artists here have opted to allow Private Viewings of other of their Works. If you are interested in setting up a Private Viewing in Barcelona please contact us. There is no fee for a Private Viewing.

Photographic Works

Fees for Photographs: Direct sale prices of photographs are listed on the Artist page. Other prices/fees vary according to the rights and usage the Buyer desires (print media, advertising, etc), please inquire.

Miscellaneous

If the Artist is required at the Buyer's location there may be fees involved, please inquire. Please note that the Artist must have indicated they will travel and that the Artist is willing and available.

If the Artist accepts commissions the Commissioned work is priced as agreed and discussed beforehand.

If you are interested in Renting Art Works please inquire.

If you are interested in using an image of a Physical Artwork (sculpture, painting, etc.) from the TimePirate site please inquire.

• TimePirate acts as the agent for the Artist(s) and any special requests or negotiations must be approved by the Artist(s).
• We here at TimePirate have met all of these Artists personally. Each is simply dedicated to Art:  Art is their lives...Art is our lives
• There can be issues with various browsers and functionality of these web pages. If you have any problems, or find the email links don't work, please email OMNIA@TIMEPIRATE.ORG for assistance.
• Please be aware that TimePirate has made every effort to faithfully reproduce the colours of the Art Works. But due to differences and limitations in computer monitors and digital cameras, and at times in an effort to show construction detail, colour detail may vary slightly.
